The Ste. Genevieve Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the Ste. Genevieve Summer Music Festival! This year's Sheldon Concert Series is bigger and better than ever with performances by artists such as jazz great Denise Thimes or the smooth sax sounds of Tim Cunningham. Tribute bands, we've got 'em, with Steve Davis and his Memories of Elvis or possibly a tribute to Jerry Lee Lewis and others with the wild antics of Matt Hill. We've also got Johnny Cash! Not really, but you'll think you've heard him when One More Round - Johnny Cash Tribute hits the stage. Like to dance, we'll get you movin' with traditional Western swing jazz music of The Palominos or your country favorites with Colonel Ford. Hear the soulful voice of Kim Massie or the "melt your ipod" vocals of Cristy John Bye as she 'jazzes-up' the Carolbeth True Quartet. Guitar fanciers will truly enjoy the masterful 7-string guitar sounds of the Rick Haydon Quartet which features vocalist Kara. And our season opener, the big horn sounds of the Funky Butt Brass Band. They've got everything from New Orleans riverfront tunes to Tower of Power....you're gonna love these guys! Tickets on sale Monday, May 16th at the Ste. Genevieve Area Chamber of Commerce
